Do the people I send documents to need to pay anything?

No, nothing. Ever. They get an email notifying them of the signature request and all they need to do is open the document and sign. There is nothing they need to pay or special training they need to have. Signing is quick and easy. Once they've signed, both of you automatically receive a copy of the document.

Can I try Wondershare SignX before I purchase a plan?

Does everyone signing the document need a Wondershare SignX account?

No, recipients of your documents do not need an account to sign with Wondershare SignX. Your document will be sent via email from Wondershare and recipients can review the document, adopt a signature, and complete the signing process without having a Wondershare SignX account.

Will my monthly/annual subscription be renewed automatically?

Yes, your subscription will automatically be renewed until you let us know that you'd like to change your plan or cancel your account.

What do you mean by “Unlimited document sends”?

Unlike most eSignature competitors, our Premium and Enterprise plans allow you to send and eSign as many documents as you’d like. It has unlimited sends per month. There is no per document cost or per “envelope” limit.

What happens when an automatic subscription charge fails?

When you purchased a subscription of Wondershare product or services, we will charge you at the beginning of each billing cycle allowing you to maintain access to the product or services. Subscription may cancel automatically after unsuccessful attempts to the bill the customer, and you will lose access to the product or services.
