RightSignature Review 1:

A customer (Colin) filed a complaint on April 19th, 2017. The client claims that in September 2016 Rightsignature placed his signature on a contract without his knowledge and little has been done by the company to explain how they created his account and placed his signature on a contract he did not authorize. The complainant believes that upon doing so, Rightsignature which is a part of Citrix systems have committed a crime. He gave the Rightsignature a rating of one out of five stars.

The customer was happy with the product in particular by the fact that it has streamlined the publication of her book which took only two weeks. The client was overly happy with the fact that the application reduced postage fees including FedEx, UPS or a bill of sale. It also carries a very small risk of identity theft since it does not contain social security numbers, date of birth or addresses.

He was previously unhappy about the prices but later became content after the price reduction. He is currently happy and content about the product and would not mind a price increase if implemented.
